Abstract Questions

Once an abstract is submitted, it cannot be edited, so please review it carefully before hitting the submit button. Please don't use acronyms in the title or session description; use speaker names in session descriptions; and do not provide content in All Caps.

Note: Once you have submitted your abstract, it cannot be edited, and AACC cannot provide you with a copy of the submission.  The deadline to submit proposals for consideration for the 2027 program is September 30, 2026, at 4:59 p.m. (ET).

SUBMISSION ELIGIBILITY

To submit an abstract, you must be employed by an educational associate, corporate, or institutional member of AACC (unless you are a company that has purchased a session with sponsored content).

Non-members may be co-presenters but cannot lead sessions at the AACC Workforce Development Institute.

Our system will not accept third-party email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail). To submit an abstract for consideration, you must use your official work email address.

If AACC finds that a member has submitted a proposal on behalf of a non-member and does not plan to participate in the session, it will be removed from consideration.

Please keep a copy of the submission for your records. Once submitted, AACC is unable to provide copies of abstracts
